Do you take medication for your ADHD?
I don't take any medication for my A DHD, and the reason being is because I take medication for mental health in other aspects. So I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety about seven years ago, for which I still take medication today. So I chose not to take more medication for A DHD.
What do you do for work now?
These days, I'm very fortunate to go on professional adventures around the world, and I'm very lucky to be sponsored and paid to do those things. I also write books, so when I've done an adventure, I then like to tell a story about the things that I learned from that adventure. And alongside that, I work on a TV show called Hunted and Celebrity Hunted. And I also have a share in a business that involves race horses.
How does ADHD impact your personal relationships?
A DHD has a huge impact on my personal relationships, mainly because when I'm focused on my professional life, I often neglect the people closest to me. Again, I don't do that on purpose. I don't do that willingly or knowingly. It is a byproduct, a negative byproduct of being hyper-focused on the task in hand. So I think A DHD has the biggest impact for me in my life on my personal relationships.
